Prior to joining the firm in 2007, Stephan honorably served the United States Navy and then earned his Associates Degree (Highest Distinction Graduate) from Bryant & Stratton Business Institute in Buffalo, NY. Stephan relocated to Rochester in 1985 to begin his professional career at Eastman Kodak Company. During his 22 year tenure, Stephan supported many financial organizations, supply chain management and also earned his Bachelor’s Degree from Nazareth College of Rochester. Stephan holds FINRA Securities Registration Series 7 and 66 licenses as well as NYS Life and Health. He is also licensed to offer securities and advisory services in New York, New Jersey, Florida, Virginia, North Carolina and California.
